We aim to build a thriving future for all in Wisconsin by creating and strengthening our movement's narrative foundations to secure freedom, safety, justice and joy for Black, Indigenous, and marginalized communities.
Freedom
The ability to live authentically, as a whole person without fear or limitations and be liberated from societal constraints, oppressive systems, trauma, and harm.
SAFETY
The ability to live freely and confidently, enjoying everyday activities while expressing oneself without fear of retribution, harm, judgment, or persecution.
JUSTICE
Fairness and equity are embedded in systems that address harm, prioritize restoration, and ensure safety and accountability through compassionate, community-based approaches.
JOY
The sense of belonging and freedom to be fully present, surrounded by community, culture, music, art, dancing, laughter, and shared experiences that celebrate connection, creativity, and the magic of being with our people.
